I just got done meeting the head of Human Resources and she said something that caught my attention. Talking with her I was saying that prior to working at PlumbTile.com I did not take notice of bathroom sinks, faucets, and bathtubs. Now I can see the difference when I walk into a bathroom between an ordinary bathroom and a bathroom that captures the essence of beauty and luxury. The options are endless and the designs are breathtaking. She said to me, “It’s like jewelry.” With so many designers, looks, sizes and finishes, there are so many options available. A variety of choices from designers such as Duravit, Hastings and Stone Forest means the bathroom jewelry store is open! A wide selection of vanities can be simplistic in design or can be highly decorative and elaborate. Maybe the bathroom should be reminiscent of a grand palace full of relaxation and luxury? Or perhaps a smaller bathroom wants a more modern look that’s simple yet still elegant? The right vanity can help create a certain atmosphere within a bathroom.

I decided to look around our stock room and see what products we had that were in that category of “jewelry.” I tried to imagine putting together a bathroom outfitted with several different brands, yet wasn’t cluttered. For the big items, I thought of modern lines, with little ornamentation and went with a Vola rainshower, Toto toilet, Whitehaus Vanity and a Hastings faucet.
