Completed in May of 2010, this modern/contemporary 2-story home is ideally situated across the street from ocean-front homes in the beach city of Leucadia, California and has incredible second story views of the sea as well as the coast. Smyer Architecture took on this challenging reconstruction and has incorporated numerous features which make it a highly energy-efficient, healthy, and Eco-friendly home.
We here at Plumbtile love the clean lines and undulating overhang terrace that leads your eyes 
from the street and into the interior of the residence. The cutting edge kitchen has ample counter space for cooking and prep as well as an open floor plan easy for entertaining. Plumbtile had the honor of dressing the kitchen with a couple of sleek and modern Hansgrohe faucet, over a single bowl stainless-steel Franke kitchen sink. To compliment and finish the space, timeless accessories by Blomus were added to enhance the look of effortless modernity.
The clean and sleek style is carried into the master bath, where open and airy meet elegant and serene. This space is perfect for two, with dual wash basins topped with simple Hansgrohe faucets, chic tubs from Zuma and Wetstyle, gorgeous porcelain tile lining the floors and walls and then completing the look with Blomus accessories, which adds maximum sophistication and continuity to the space.
