In fact, I love pops of color. If lighter colors aren’t your style, then choose a more vibrant color to make a bold statement. Do not use dark colors as it will feel like the walls are closing in.

- Choosing the right furniture is important to make sure your room doesn’t look packed with furniture. There’s nothing worse than walking into a cluttered room.
